Popette says: “Born and raised in Burgundy. I left at 8 and hitchhiked to Los Angeles my dream … that was such a long trip … weird thing was, everyone spoke french there … that’s because it wasn’t California but Bordeaux in France . Well a shame, but it’s not so bad – there is also the sun , the sea and wine … I am fascinated by many things especially by Hopper, Hitchcock, James Dean, James Bond and Tamara de Lempicka … I chose my name Popette, because when I have an idea of drawing, it makes like a “Pop” in my head !!”
