The work of youngest recruit, Joe Baglow, has an innate simplicity that gives it an unique charm.
Read what Wallpaper magazine said about him.
"The freedom that comes with illustration constitutes its appeal in Joe Baglow’s book. ‘You are creating something which can be as grand as your imagination dictates. There are no limits to what you can draw, no restrictions.’ There is a deliberate simplicity about Baglow’s work, which immediately makes sense when you discover that his early interest in drawing was sparked by ‘an obsession’ with cartoons and comics, although these days he says that a great deal of his inspiration comes to him via storytelling and text. His ambition is, he says, to keep his output fresh, surprising and exciting, as well as to have his own studio in south London. So far, his crowning achievement has been to watch an animation he created the drawings for, at the BFI Southbank, as part of the Adventures In Motion festival."
