Adam Carter is a lettering and graffiti artist from North London who specialises in large scale artwork and live murals, whilst also creating hand-drawn type for ad campaigns, editorial layouts and packaging.
Adam says: “Having studied Graphic Design for seven years and working as a designer for just as long, I have always been drawn to type. Graffiti has been in my life for as long as I can remember, so my eye has always naturally been drawn to colour, large scale work and different styles and ways to create letters. I love getting my hands dirty with pens and inks, but also appreciate crafting something on the computer. Photoshop and Illustrator are my tools of choice – not forgetting my worryingly increasing arsenal of pens, inks and paper.”
